Recharge Network

This procurement exercise seeks to secure an operator to operate and maintain the Liverpool City Region Electric Vehicle charge point network by way of a concession. The contract is also seeking to develop the infrastructure in accordance with the City Region's e-mobility strategy. The minimum term of the concession will be 3 years with an option for a further 2 years subject to review and the agreement of Merseytravel and the concessionaire. The Liverpool City Region is looking for electric vehicle charge point manufacturers, back office providers and installers to provide their best offer for the operation and maintenance of the existing Recharge network and the supply and install of new EV charge points across the City Region at zero cost to the LCR. PLEASE NOTE: This is a concession contract. The value shown may not be a reflective of the contract total due to variables in the contract.
