Defra Noise Modelling Service - Call-Off Contract 4

This request covers the discovery stage of the public portal for the Defra Noise Modelling System being delivered under the NMS Framework agreement. Specifically - Identification of users: o Categorised into user groups; o Definition of desired user journeys o Understanding current user journeys - Understand the problem to be solved, including: o Identifying any constraints associated with making changers to the service, e.g. technology or legislation; o Understanding the underlying policy intent to be addressed; - Identify opportunities for improvement - Inform design of user interface functionality and accessibility for various user groups
