Defra Noise Modelling Design and Build Stage 3A

This request covers stage 3A of the Defra Noise Modelling System being delivered under the NMS Framework agreement (project_28225). The objectives of stage 3A are delivery of National Mapping Datasets, specifically: - Delivery of English national mapping datasets using a production version of the 'mapping prototype' NMS against specification to an 'optimal' coverage for statutory purposes and for the 25YEP as confirmed at the end of Stage 1. - Development of disaster recovery offsite backup process.
