Hertsmere Borough Council are looking to engage an experienced Project Management consultancy to assist with the delivery of a proposed residential redevelopment of 197 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1BW. The scheme is currently at planning: 24/1384/FUL | Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new affordable housing apartment block to include 13 units with associated parking and landscaping. | 197 Darkes Lane Potters Bar Hertfordshire EN6 1BW The application is due to be determined at the May 2025 Planning Committee. It is the intention of the Hertsmere Borough Council to tender the construction contract using the Pretium Herts, Beds and Bucks Development Services - Pretium Frameworks The proposed construction contract to be used is the JCT 2024 Design & Build.
