INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ENFORCEMENT AGENTS, UNDER YPO 953 DPS FRAMEWORK FOR ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SERVICES

Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint two Professional Enforcement Agents, to undertake the collection of (but not limited too) Non-payment of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR), sundry debt, using the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) 953 Enforcement Agency services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Framework under further competition conditions.\r \r The Council, working as a single authority intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all available recovery options, to reduce the costs of collection and ensure high-quality Professional Enforcement Agents are provided. The successful Service Provider(s) will be required to attend household and business addresses covering Basingstoke and the surrounding rural areas.\r
