Data collection must comply with the Department for Health and Social Care's requirements. Assessment of effectiveness of the offer must be available from a peer reviewed publication. This is a Direct Award from the Crown Commercial Services' RM6202 Tail Spend Solution Framework, to the supplier considered to provide the most suitable digital full-service smoking cessation offer.
