London Councils is looking to appoint a contractor to project manage the development of the PLP service through the production of a detailed specification, and gain the commitment of at least 12 London local authorities to use the service. London Councils may not award this contract if an alternative resource for delivering the project, such as a secondee, is secured. London Councils' will choose the resource that will provide the most effective project management.
