Description
The contracting authority intends to procure an enterprise Cyber Resilience and Recoverability Platform to enhance and standardise backup, recovery, and resilience capabilities across its IT estate. The objective is to establish a consistent, enterprise‑wide approach that improves service continuity and supports effective recovery from disruptive events. The scope of the procurement will include the provision of a unified platform capable of supporting data protection and recovery across a range of enterprise environments, including infrastructure, cloud-based services, and software-as-a-service solutions. The platform will also support associated services required to ensure resilience across critical systems and business services. The solution is expected to deliver secure and resilient backup and recovery capabilities, supported by appropriate governance, policy management, and reporting. Suppliers should be able to demonstrate the ability to support controlled and reliable recovery processes, alongside ongoing assurance activities such as testing and validation. The intended outcome is the implementation of a scalable and robust enterprise capability that strengthens organisational resilience, enables timely restoration of services, and supports alignment with relevant regulatory, security, and operational requirements. Further details will be provided as part of the formal procurement process.
