Description
BEIS needs to deliver a significant programme of EU Exit priorities over the coming months. This work is mainly led by two Europe directorates and delivered by both the Europe Directorates and teams across the department. The department is seeking support to help establish the right governance and accountability structures, effective project management systems, processes and tools to deliver this programme of work. In addition it should provide some very granular support for the domestic consequences work in relation to the department's planning on critical paths. The main objectives of the EU exit programme contract are to: • Develop the established governance structures - in particular the role of the Delivery Board, Negotiations, Domestic Consequences and Legislative Boards to ensure a coherent, streamlined set of sustainable structures to manage the programme effectively; and • Test the mapping of the critical paths of policy options that could be pursued in different scenarios for each BEIS policy issue, including stress testing of assumptions.
