Description
This is a new service which will deliver drug and alcohol support specifically to rough sleepers. The service will comprise a number of dedicated roles including specialist drug and alcohol outreach workers, a nurse prescriber, dual diagnosis coordinator, specialist women's worker and a physical health nurse who will be based at the Routes off The Streets hub. The service will deliver structured drug and alcohol treatment, facilitate rapid access to in-patient detox and resident rehabilitation provision, and support rough sleepers to access other services including mental health and physical health
