Description
The joint vision of Surrey County Council and the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner for Surrey was to re-commission a countywide service, for the health and wellbeing of vulnerable Surrey residents. Alcohol related risk, in all forms, places a significant challenge on a range of public services. The purpose of this service is therefore to extensively support individuals who are considered to be in the HICD category, while enabling their rehabilitation to produce better outcomes for those individuals, their families and subsequently ease pressure on health services.
