Description
Valuing Care: • Develop a comprehensive and consistent understanding of the needs of children who are looked after; the connection between needs, costs and support; and clarity on key gaps in sufficiency. • Identify interventions on practice, commissioning and brokerage that can reduce cost and improve outcomes, in alignment with other initiatives (e.g. CareCubed) and to help deliver TFF KLOEs • Trial and evaluate targeted local applications informing plans focussed on commissioning and home finding and changes to support - with the aim of delivering impact in year. • Agree medium term baseline and ambition trajectories. • Continue to build relationships with health partners and undertake a review of health funding contributions to children’s services.
