Fulham Boys School - Temporary Modular Accommodation

The Education Funding Agency working with Fulham Boys School seek a Principle Modular Contractor for the provision of 12 temporary classrooms and a toilet block at Fulham Boys School, Mund Street, West London and associated works. Works are to be undertaken during the school summer holiday period from 4th July for completion by the end of August 2016. The works will be procured using the JCT Intimidate form of contract with contractors design, EFA schedule of amendments and hire agreement for 24 months. A Pre-Contract Services Agreement may also be entered into subject to requirement. The tender response is formed of three parts which must be completed by all bidders; Part 1 – Pass/Fail Criteria Part 2 – Technical Assessment (50% weighting) Part 3 - Pricing Schedule (50% weighting) To access the tender documents bidders must register with the GleedsSpace tendering portal by emailing freeschools@gleeds.co.uk at least 5 days before the tender closing date of 21st April 2016.
