Brief Description of the Works The BBSRC Finance and Campus Operations Group are seeking to commission maintenance works for domestic dwellings, as part of its ongoing annual maintenance programme. The project includes external and internal works to four vacant properties such as inspecting and reporting on roof conditions, clearing out of guttering, renewal of flooring and kitchen units and internal decorations works. All of the works are to be completed in line with the specification.
