The City invites Quotations for the provision of a Project Manager to complete the project at 123-124 New Bond Street. The appointment will include but not be limited to, Project Management duties, Contract Administrator and Employees Agent from 1st Feb 2020 until Handover and Closeout. Including a 12 month defect period. The duration of the contract is estimated to be 9.5 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by dependent on the Project and its delivery.
