Concession Contract for the Provision a Managed Service of Support and Consultancy for a Procurement Document Tool document

Hampshire County Council have worked with a third party to create, design, and develop a Total Procurement Solution (TPS). TPS is a bespoke piece of modular software that includes a procurement document template tool, a contract management tool, and an e-Quotation portal. The purpose of this contract is for the Concessionaire to continue with work with Hampshire's third-party software development provider to promote, licence, and support Hampshire County Council in the ongoing use of this software. In addition, the concessionaire will undertake and assume responsibility of onboarding, licencing, and supporting any interested parties who wish to make use of Hampshire County Council's TPS software whether in partnership or as a standalone instance of this software. Hampshire County Council's expectation of the TPS software is as a route to working with clients and promoting additional services such a procurement consultancy as either a temporary additional resource, or as a long term, managed solution partnership.
