Description
The purpose of the contract covers all vehicles and plant on the West Suffolk Council fleet. All vehicles 7.5T (HGV) and over are serviced by means of a fixed price planned maintenance schedule. The Council's non-HGV fleet, and all other vehicles and plant items, to be covered by a management service providing periodic fleet inspections and rectification work on an ad hoc basis. Planned and periodic inspections and maintenance to take place at any of the West Suffolk Council's depots and a roadside call out service as required on an ad hoc basis.
