The requirement is for a managed service to design and implement solutions to improve the customer journey and increase efficiency across Casework. Central to these are the creation of robust data, proven performance management tools and insightful reporting to drive consistency, visibility, timeliness, and output. The goal is to provide high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications and dashboards that meet the unique needs of the Financial Ombudsman Service. The project will consist of several phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
