Provision of Energy Quality Assurance for Land West of Mill Lane, Underhill Circus and Alice Smith House developments in the form of specialised design checking and advice, monitoring and training

Oxford City Council acting on behalf of Oxford City Housing Limited is seeking the Provision of Energy Quality Assurance for Land West of Mill Lane, Underhill Circus and Alice House developments in the form of specialised design checking and advice, monitoring and training. The purpose is to ensure energy efficiency fabric and M & E standards are met and considered appropriately across all RIBA stages including design, procurement and construction. This service should be independent but able to engage with contractors and attend design team meetings as appropriate to advise on issues affecting performance. The length of this contract covers all 3 lots, please check individual lot timeframes.
