ESCC-JC-Processing and disposal of dry mixed recyclables (offtake) for East Sussex County Council

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Service Providers for the haulage, processing and marketing of approximately 45,000 - 50,000 tonnes of Dry Mixed Recyclables (DMR) collected by the Council's five District and Borough Councils from Tipping Points located across the County. The current contract expires on 28th June 2026. The estimated contract value stated in the Tender Notice was calculated in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 valuation requirements and took account of the contractual rebate mechanism described in the procurement documents. The estimated value stated in this Contract Details Notice reflects historic spend and does not factor in contractual rebates; as a demand led contract, the overall value may therefore vary over its term
