Senior Leader Coaching Service

● Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (MWL) are looking to contract for the provision of Senior Leader level coaching services. The contract will be for a 3 year term with an optional 12 month extension. There are currently 50 members of staff (including but not limited to Clinical Directors, Assistant Directors and Trust Executive Group) that require access to coaching, though this volume is subject to change annually. The primary aim of senior leader level coaching is to improve leadership and management performance in relation to identifying needs, developing effective strategies and refining decision making processes. This coaching has links with all MWL’s strategic aims in relation to the outputs of coaching, however the process of coaching directly relates to our aim to employ caring, compassionate and cared for staff.
