Description
The Newcastle University Flow Cytometry Core facility (NU-FCCF), part of FMS requires a high-speed cell sorter that has full-spectrum fluorescence detection capabilities in combination with the ability to image cells for selection and isolation. This system will support both fundamental and medical biological and biotechnology research across the FMS and SAgE). Therefore, we are looking to procure a system that provides all these capabilities in one platform. This purchase is being funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Council (BBSRC) of UK Research and Innovation (UK-RI). The scope of this contract is for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment detailed in Section 3.1 Technical Specification to the University, with after-sales support and 60 months combined warranty and maintenance, all training necessary for safe and reliable operation of the system and a complete set of operating and maintenance documents.
