Review of the Voluntary and Community Sector Grant Programme

Liverpool City Council is seeking an external partner to advise and support a review of how it focuses, manages, and evaluates two of its grants programmes with the voluntary and community sector. The aim of the review is to understand how this funding allocation might be better prioritised against council priorities, deliver better outcomes for Liverpools communities and be robust from a governance and audit perspective.
