Town Planning Consultancy Partner

Maidstone Borough Council is looking to appoint a Town Planning Consultancy Partner for a period of up to four years. The Council is one of the busiest local planning authorities in Kent, and having adopted our Local Plan in 2017 for the period to 2031, which seeks to deliver 883 new homes per annum, we are soon to submit our Local Plan Review (LPR) to the Planning Inspectorate for examination. This LPR seeks to deliver 1,157 dwelling per annum which equates to 17,355 dwelling over the proposed 2022-37 plan period.
