The university is procuring Facilities Management Services for both Westlakes and Burnley, Victoria Mill sites.The contract is comprised of two lots; Lot 1 Westlakes Science and Technology Park and Lot 2 Burnley, Victoria Mill. Suppliers should be aware that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply to the award of this contract.
