Delivery of the Healthy Lifestyle Service – One You Merton. The Healthy Lifestyle Service is the public facing health prevention offer for people living and working in Merton. The service consists of 4 components: • Component A. – Outreach, engagement and community resilience • Component B. – universal digital offer • Component C. – A targeted Stop Smoking and harm reduction service for adults and young people. • Component D. – Frontline Training for workers, community leaders and volunteers who support the health prevention agenda.
