PAN1880 - Water Cycle Study 2018

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a consultant to produce a Water Cycle Study which will recommend strategies for the next phases of work with clear objectives, to be agreed with the Council. For this contract, the Authority requires a Scoping Study to be written; subject to the outcomes of this scoping study, the Supplier may also need to produce an Outline Study. If the Scoping study identifies major issues, then an Outline study may be required. The Outline study will be required at the absolute discretion of the Authority, pending the findings of the Scoping Study. The proposed contract will be for sixteen (16) months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
