SMWP25: Multi Site Toilet Package and Brickwork

The Council procured a Blue Cube to undertake Fabric Toilet refurbishment works in 3 different primary schools as described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Works Programme 2025.\r The works will include:?\r Removal of existing cubicles and sanitary ware\r Installation of a new washroom to meet the required standard as described within the specification.\r Roof replacement works to various roofs.\r The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council from 23rd July 2025 for a period of 8 weeks.
