KMCHG-012 Affordable Housing Build Scheme, Sixth Avenue, Liversedge

Tenders are invited by the Council from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the delivery of an Affordable Housing Build Scheme at Sixth Avenue, Liversedge (the "Works"). The scheme consists of 10nr bungalows comprising 3nr one-bedroom bungalows and 7nr two bedroom bungalows together with associated external works and infrastructure.
