Liverpool City Region (LCR) Innovation-led Growth Inflexion Point (ILGIP) Brief

LCRCA are looking for a consultant to determine and drive implementation of what a truly "excellent" LCR innovation ecosystem looks like in terms of the significantly enhanced, "open by design", LCR-appropriate development/ delivery model, support mechanisms, and capacity/resources required to yield 5% of GVA annual RandD investment, and systematically translate ideas, RandD, and opportunities into economic benefit and societal solutions on a far larger scale.
