Description
Background The formation of a Devon and Torbay Combined Authority (CCA) was announced on 19th September 2024. Establishing the CCA is legally required to assume responsibility for new funds and powers transferred by Government from Whitehall to Devon and Torbay. Partners are now working towards the first meeting of a newly formed CCA in early 2025.
