Quality Assurance Process engagement in relation to the Housing Benefit (Subsidy) Assurance Process (HBAP)

This requirement is to provide a quality assurance review of work carried out by the accountancy firms on English Local Authorities to satisfy DWP and National Audit Office that Housing Benefit Assurance Process is being consistently and correctly applied across the sector, and within individual accountancy firms across multiple locations.
