Sheltered Scheme House Conversions

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council would like to invite Contractors to tender for works to be carried out at 2 sheltered accommodation complexes within the borough. The proposal is to convert the existing warden house at Mayflower Court into 2 No. self contained flats and also to convert the 2 No. existing warden houses at Tom Eatough Court, into 4 No. self contained flats.
