Language Services

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) seeks to appoint a Provider to deliver Language Services including Face-to-Face Interpreting Services (spoken and non-spoken), Written Translation and Transcription, Telephone Interpreting, and Video Language Services (spoken and non-spoken). The services provided will ensure that patients, carers and members of the public who wish to access services provided directly by or on behalf of CHCP CIC, and for whom communication in English presents a significant barrier to understanding, have access to a high quality and confidential Language Services corresponding with their entitlement to prompt and effective NHS services.
