Derby Homes intends to hold a demonstration event to enable us to determine what lone worker products and services are currently on the market. Derby Homes is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) who manage the housing stock on behalf of various clients. All properties are within the city of Derby and Derby Homes' portfolio is in total approximately 13,000 domestic housing units, 4 sheltered housing complex and 245 public buildings. Derby Homes are looking to re-procure its lone worker monitoring and protection service and expect the contract to last a minimum of three years.
