Gloucestershire & South Gloucestershire Warm & Well Scheme 2025 - 2028

The Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire Warm & Well Scheme is a uniquely successful locally managed and controlled non-profit delivery partnership for energy advice and support for home energy improvements. The Council is seeking for itself and on behalf of Cheltenham Borough Council, Cotswold District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Gloucester City Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council and South Gloucestershire Council to commission the continued delivery of the Warm and Well Scheme in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire.\r
