ESCC JC Orbis Construction Framework - Hailsham Primary School Lot 1 - AWARD

ESCC are looking to appoint a contractor through the Orbis Construction Framework (Lot 1) for a New build 2 FE Primary School. The site is green field and is subject to a S106 agreement with the main developer (Housing). The main network utility infrastructure will be completed by the main developer prior to site possession. The school is required to be operational in September 2019 but included in this timeframe is the need to complete all legal land transfer requirements (by clients/owners) and complete first phase road and utility networks (by housing developer).
