Tractor and trailer tender

Hemsworth Town Council has decided to procure a tractor and trailer for the purpose of grounds maintenance. The council therefore invites tenders for a tractor and a trailer - new or second hand. One of the uses of the tractor and trailer will be to transport an excavator between the council's various sites so the tractor and trailer must have a minimum towing capacity of 32 tonnes.
