Adult Social Care Mixed Economy Operational Model

The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably experienced consultant organisation to provide a service to reassess up to 1,000 adult social care service users within a 2 year period. This will be in adherence to Herefordshire Council's policies and procedures to implement the delivery and implementation of a mixed economy model for social care.
