Quotation process, identifying 4 providers including the incumbent to evaluate for the renewal of the Independent Birth Parent Support and Access to Records contract for the provision of:\r \r 1. For Birth Parents of children who have an adoption plan, or are adopted, in Tees Valley, in accordance with the adoption support agencies regulations 2005. \r 2. Support, counselling and advice in relation to access to adoption records, by adult adoptees, and birth relatives.\r \r Following the only submission, by the incumbent, decision to award based on evaluation of quality and price within budget.
