Provision of the New DIO Headquarters Building at DMS Whittington and Additional Car Parking Spaces

Construction of a New Defence Infrastructure Organisation Headquarters Building at DMS Whittington, near Lichfield and additional car parking. The requirement is for a 2/3 office building to accommodate approximately 270 people. The works include the provision of utilities to the building. In addition the works include the provision of 230 additional car parking spaces . This opportunity was tendered via a mini competition under the DIO National Framework for Capital Works Projects.
