DN711062 -WordPress Website Design, Development \r and Hosting Agency\r \r Please note : Any bidder must be able to demonstrate proven experience of meeting and adhering to Web \r Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 Level AAA \r Conformance and the public sector bodies (websites and mobile \r applications) (no. 2) accessibility regulations 2018.\r \r Cantium Business Solutions (Cantium) is a Local Authority Trading Company \r (LATCo), whose ultimate parent company is Kent County Council (KCC). \r Cantium provides ICT Managed Services to its customers across the UK within \r the Education, Local Authority, Health, and the Private sector. As a LATCo, we \r are proud of our Public Sector heritage, which has given us a foundation in \r business delivery and infrastructure insight. This uniquely enables us to drive \r innovation and progressive practices to deliver the best value for our clients. \r \r Cantium is looking to appoint a WordPress Website and Development Agency. \r Cantium Business Solutions supports its customers by offering advice and \r guidance on the use of Information Technology to maximise the business \r benefits of current systems and supports the delivery of new products and \r services.\r Access to this Agreement will be determined by the Cantium Business \r Solutions nominated Contract Officer. Requirements will be confirmed on a \r case-by-case basis as projects arise.\r Cantium recently underwent a fresh website build & brand refresh which was \r completed in 2022.\r Cantium now wishes to have an agency onboard that can make required \r improvements to the site's User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) and \r administration back-end. This also includes managing and keeping the website \r and server environment up to date and secure.\r The agency should also take joint accountability for the site, work as a \r partner and provide added value rather than only do as directed. For \r example, challenging development ideas presented by Cantium and make \r suggestions for improvement based upon relevant metrics and data.\r Any contractual offer made will be against a zero-value agreement as any \r sales will be based on best value for ourselves and for our customers.\r This Agreement is for a 36 months term based on an initial fixed 12 month \r period, after which a 3 months break clause may be applied to the balance of \r the term by the buyer. The contract will expire in its entirety after the 36 \r months unless the break clause is applied earlier, or it is extended. \r The buyer has the right to request up to two separate 12-month extensions to \r this contract, providing the supplier with a minimum notice of 30 days prior to \r the contract end date. Therefore, the maximum possible contract length will \r be 60 months. \r \r \r \r \r \r \r
