Description
FACT wishes to engage the services of a specialist provider with relevant sector knowledge and expertise to deliver one-to-one advice, mentoring and consultancy support, which will help digital and creative businesses in the Liverpool City Region (LCR) to develop and commercialise products and services using new and emerging digital technologies. The main aim of this service will be to provide sector-specialist advice and assistance to individual DCI businesses in Liverpool City Region to develop and commercialise innovative products and services using new and emerging digital technologies. The aim of the current procurement by FACT is to appoint a specialist provider who can meet a wide range of anticipated SME support needs, with the following key competencies: - Product and service development, including specialist creative, technical and domain knowledge and expertise - Access to finance, including knowledge of relevant public, voluntary and private sector funding sources and how to access them - Access to markets, including identification, analysis and exploitation of new market opportunities and dissemination It is envisaged that the appointed provider will be able to offer access to a range of relevant experts with specialist knowledge across these areas. Submissions from consortia are welcomed. Details of all consortium members, subcontractors and individual consultants to be used should be provided within your submission. On occasions where the appointed provider cannot meet SME requirements, FACT will, within the budget, work with the SME to identify and procure alternative provision, including through FACT's own extended networks of creative practitioners, technologists, innovators and entrepreneurial academics.
