FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: RELATING TO PLANNED WORKS AT VARIOUS FIRE SERVICE LOCATIONS

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement using a voluntary process akin to an 'Open Tender process' in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring 'works' described in the Specification/s set out at Appendix Two (2) This tender covers the requirement to award a Framework Agreement for Planned works for a period of four years.  Works are detailed within the Lots as specified at Section 1.6 and could include: General & Civil Building works, Re-decorations and Refurbishment of Offices, Ablutions, Relocations or Construction works, Electrical Installation works, Appliance Bay Installation works, Fire Alarm & Security Works under £250,000.  Full details can be found in the Specification (Appendix 2) Contracts would be awarded by conducting 'Further Competition' with Evaluation on Price Only under this Framework Agreement.
