Description
Anchor Hanover Group is publishing advance notice of its intention to issue a procurement for the supply, installation, servicing and repair of automatically-operated doors and associated systems across our home ownership, care, village, rented housing and central services portfolio. The following asset types are expected to be covered: - internal and external automatic doors (including communal entrance doors and cross-corridor doors) - automatic vehicle barriers - automatic pedestrian gates - automatic roller shutters (excluding fire shutters) While key assets are listed above, automatic doors systems may interface with other building systems and infrastructure, including access control, call systems and fire safety systems. The precise scope, responsibilities and boundaries will be defined within the procurement documentation at a future stage. The anticipated service scope may include: - planned servicing - reactive and emergency repairs - Supply and installation of new door systems - Replacement of end-of-life units and upgrade of manual doors where applicable This notice is for planning purposes only, and further details will be published in due course.
