Forming a cavity wall comprising of an outer skin of brickwork and an inner skin in timber cladding with insulation in fill Supply and installing lintel's as per drawing No Installation of new PVC doors and windows by CPBC nominated window installer. INTERNAL WORKS Removal of all ceilings throughout the property by CPBC nominated Asbestos removal company. Re boarding and plaster skim all ceilings throughout the property Replacement of existing ground floor wc suite Replacement of existing Kitchen units and flooring Replacement of existing Bathroom Repairing damage to plasterboard walling Replacement of doors throughout the property Complete re-decoration of property
