West Sussex Wellbeing Service Collaborative includes the following Wellbeing services based out of local district and borough authorities funded by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Public Health: • Mid Sussex District Council (Procurement collaborative lead) • Chichester District Council• Arun District Council• Adur and Worthing District Councils• Horsham District CouncilWest Sussex Wellbeing is a countywide adult health improvement and prevention programme delivered at scale, addressing modifiable risk factors, and supporting wellbeing for all adults who live and/or work in West Sussex, with a focus on reducing inequalities.
