CFO Activity Hub

Participants will develop key life skills through engagement in these, including personal responsibility / accountability; team working; leadership; communication and organisation skills. There will be a nomination process for participants and the local community to suggest potential projects in conjunction with a network of partners The core tenet of this activity is 'co-design' and 'participant-led' to drive personal responsibility. Participants will take the lead in selecting, designing and delivering nominated projects/activities. Projects will be centred around other activities taking place in the Hub supported by partners. Workers will provide informal and ongoing information, advice and guidance as part of their ongoing engagement and motivational support .Bespoke tailored sessions will be designed for our participants, considering the often-unique set of circumstances that prevent them from accessing employment support.
