Ark is procuring a group wide Human Capital Management solution to facilitate our strategic aims of managing our workforce more effectively, driving self-service, providing a firm foundation for growth and discovering actionable insight from our people data. Ark is seeking a comprehensive solution that meets all our requirements. However, we are open to considering tightly integrated products from established partnerships that minimise duplication of entry. Please note that Ark will only consider tenders addressing the entirety of its requirements. If a third party contributes to part of your solution, a joint tender must be submitted.
