Request for the Proposal for the Provision of Board Evaluation Services

Low Carbon Contracts Company Ltd is looking for proposals to deliver the following: To undertake the annual evaluation of the Board of the company for 2017. The work should take c.2-3 months and be completed by around the end of September 2017. The work will include: • preliminary meeting(s) to structure and refine process for evaluation • individual interviews with directors • possible opportunity to observe a board meeting • evaluation report • presentation to the Board
